Shamanic Journeying Workshop

Shamanic journeying is the primary method Shamans use to access other worlds where spirit helpers are found, but you do not have to be trained in Shamansim to journey affectively. Journeying is similar to a meditative theta brain wave state, but unlike meditiation the purpose is not to clear your mind. Rather, you focus on an intention and place to travel in order to receive healing and/or information. In this workshop you will learn the fundamentals of shamanic journeying and be guided through your first journeying experience. Afterwards you will have the tools you need to use this practice on your own. Individual workshops are $35 a person, group rate is $20 a person with a minimum of three people plus travel fees if further than twenty miles. Online workshops will be available in the future.

Soul Art Workshop

Soul Art is a form of intention setting and healing on a deeply personal level. It engages the mind, body, and spirit and facilitates communication and union of the three, bringing together the dual realities of the body and thinking mind with the spirit and intuitive mind. It allows you to see and understand things through a different perspective and therefore make the changes needed to integrate healing of the soul in a truly transformative way. Individual or small group size is suggested unless you have the space to accommodate larger groups. All supplies will be provided, which includes high quality paper, paintbrushes and paints, and other mediums such as colored pencils, pastels, collage materials, etc. depending on customers choice. As a certified Soul Art Guide, I will walk you through the intention setting process, which takes about 20-30 minutes and then you will begin your art making. After the art is finished, I will guide you through the insight and spirit action process. This workshop can take anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on group size and materials chosen. Price per person is $65. Online workshops will be available in the future.

Spirit Art Workshop

Spirit Art is an artform of communicating with your higher self. I have created this technique myself and used it for other people as well as my own spiritual growth. In this workshop I will guide you through the art making process, beginning with focusing on what it is you wish to change or release. As you progress through your art making journey I will assist you in receiving information from your high self. An image and phrase will be chosen as the final step in your art making and you will use this to help set your intention and bring about healing and change. This is a mixed media process using different kinds of paints, images, stamps, stencils, ephemera, etc. Individual or small groups work best. All supplies are provided and cost is $65 per person. Online workshops will be available in the future.

Healing Through Writing

As an author and poet I have used writing throughout my life to help myself understand, accept, and process various emotions and experiences. Through classes and workshops I help others express themselves through the written word. This can be an emotional and transformative experience so small groups are best, but I am open to doing large groups as well if you have the space to accommodate it. Paper and writing instruments are provided but a personal journal works as well. Classes are an hour long and will cover one to three writing exercises depending on group size. Workshops are 2-3 hours and will cover three or more writing exercises depending on group size. Sharing of work is optional but encouraged. Price is $25 per person for a one hour class and $15 per person for each additional hour for a workshop. Online classes and workshops will be available in the future as well as a forthcoming book.
