Drum Circle

Gather in community to make some beautiful noise! No drumming experience required. A drum circle is a fun way to reduce stress, build community, express yourself, and exercise the mind, body, and soul. We will play games, laugh, and let loose in an uplifting and inclusive way!

Soul Art

Soul Art is a technique I have created myself. With your permission, I will speak with your spirit guides and higher self and create a custom work of art just for you. Everything is done intuitively so the colors, symbols, and words are allowed to surface of their own accord. The message will be specifically for you, from your higher self. The time for each piece will vary on how many I have already scheduled but most likely two weeks to one month for it to be ready. Cost is $100 for mixed media paper, $200 for canvas, plus shipping.

Healing Through Writing

As an author and poet I have used writing throughout my life to help myself understand, accept, and process various emotions and experiences. Through classes and workshops I help others express themselves through the written word. This can be an emotional and transformative experience so small groups are best, but I am open to doing large groups as well if you have the space to accommodate it. Paper and writing instruments are provided but a personal journal works as well. Classes are an hour long and will cover one to three writing exercises depending on group size. Workshops are 2-3 hours and will cover three or more writing exercises depending on group size. Sharing of work is optional but encouraged.
