Spring New Moon Meditation

Here is a New Moon Manifestation Meditation I have created. Start with deep cleansing breaths for about one minute until you are feeling calm and comfortable. It may be easier to record yourself reading the mediation first then listen to it so that you can fully visualize it happening.

Creation begins with darkness. Before something can be formed there is a period of nothingness. With this thought in mind, imagine yourself in this darkness, suspended outside of space and time. It’s not scary because it’s all there is, all you know at this point. It’s silent, endless, empty.

 

Now imagine yourself as a seed. A tiny speck, barely visible amongst the dark. Closed tight, feel yourself curled inward, not yet ready to open. Just like a seed needs the right requirements to germinate, so do you.

 

What does a seed need to grow? It needs oxygen, water, light, and the proper temperature. The right amount of each of these varies with the seed, as it does for all of us. Remember, right now you are a seed. And as this seed you are growing and manifesting what it is you wish to bring forth into your life. What is it you are wanting to germinate right now? Try to put it into words as simply as possible. Make sure it’s something you have control over. Maybe you are wishing to manifest better health. Perhaps you want more joy in your life. Or maybe you just want to feel at peace.

 

Take some time now to think about what you want to manifest. Focus your energy on it. Then slowly, imagine your seed beginning to germinate with this intention. It starts slow. The seed cracks open just enough to allow a small shoot to poke through. Feel and imagine that happening now as you repeat your intention to yourself. Use an “I am” statement such as “I am in perfect health. I am at peace in my mind and heart. I am open and receptive to joy.”

 

Now think about what ingredients your seed, your intention, needs in order to begin sprouting. What steps can you take to bring your intention to fruition? Perhaps you need to fresh foods, spend more time in nature, or make a calming space in your house for you to focus your thoughts inward. Try to come up with at least three ingredients, three active steps that you can take to manifest your desire.

 

Once you have those three steps in mind, begin to visualize yourself doing them. Take some time now to see yourself going through the motions. If you one of your steps is to eat healthy, imagine fresh produce, smell it, taste it. If one of your actions is to spend more time in nature imagine yourself surrounded by trees, here the birds chirping, smell the green grass. Try to use as many senses as possible to make these actions real in your mind.

 

Once you are done visualizing your actions, see and feel yourself as the seed growing bigger. You break through the soil, grow taller, and reach high towards the sky. With each action you take, you grow stronger and more vibrant. Until finally you are ready to blossom. Your petals unfurl and open wide, reaching up high to the sunlight. Bright and beautiful and full of life.

 

This seed is you. You are a magnificent, radiant, divine being. And you have the power to create the reality you desire. Feel how strong you are. Feel how brave and beautiful.

 

Now, before we end, I want you to think about an affirmation you can repeat daily that will help you focus on what you want to manifest. Then take the necessary steps to make it happen.
